  5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material that you posted on the site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification with Myron Gaines Girlfriend Angie by submitting a written notification via our contact page. Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter-Notification must include substantially the following:
